Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and take pride in their work.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in asphalt maintenance (seal coating, crack filling, or line striping)

Ability to operate or learn to operate asphalt equipment
-
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
-
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
-
Valid driver’s license (preferred)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
-
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Additional Skills (a plus):

Experience with commercial parking lots and residential driveways

Knowledge of safety procedures and job site protocols

Experience with layout and striping machines
